Rule 13.3 Clarification adopted Aug 2024

May 2024  rule states 

13.3 Suspended Team Readmittance Application 

                13.3.1 Programs or Individual Teams interested in readmittance

                to the NCHEAC league must fill out the Readmittance Application. 

                            Upon receipt of the application, NCHEAC will review the application and accept or deny the application

                              based on the information provided. 

 

                13.3.2 Any team that has been suspended may rejoin the league the following season after their suspension is

                  lifted under a probationary, but otherwise unencumbered status.

 

 

Modified to provide individual forms for suspended vs. returning programs/teams.

 

13.3 Team Readmittance Application

 

        13.3.1  Programs or Individual Teams interested in readmittance to the 

        NCHEAC league following a voluntary period of absence must fill out the Team/Program Readmittance Application.

 

           13.3.2 Programs or Individual Teams that have completed a period of suspension from the NCHEAC

         league may apply for readmittance by submitting the 

        Suspended Team/Program Readmittance Application

 

        Upon receipt of either of these applications, NCHEAC will review the application

         and accept  or deny the application based on the information provided.

 

        13.3.3  Any team that has been suspended may rejoin the league the following season after their suspension is

                  lifted under a probationary, but otherwise unencumbered status.

FOR ALL NCHEAC LEAGUE and TOURNAMENT SPORTS :

All Coaches and Assistants must take the concussion training annually or at least every 2 years.
